How do I check availability?
I take orders on a first come, first served basis, depending on my calendar availability. Please inquire.
How much in advance do I need to book?
On average, 10-14 days. For more detailed cakes, 30 days. For wedding cakes, I would suggest at least 3-6+ months. Dates can book rather quickly for certain months (June, September...) I may on occasion be able to accommodate orders with shorter notice, so please reach out and ask!

​After an inquiry has been sent, you should usually receive a reply within 24 hours. If you have not, please check your spam folder or reach out again.
How do I secure my booking date?
To secure your order on my calendar, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due upon pickup. Date will only be held for 48 hrs once quote is given without deposit.
For weddings or very large orders, the balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Deposits are used to purchase items necessary for your order.
*payment schedule is subject to my discretion. At times, I may require full payment to secure your booking. (Example: short notice)
What if I need to cancel?
If your order is canceled due to illness or emergency, I will transfer your order to a different date, if available, without loss of payment.
Can you replicate designs?
Every order is handmade with my own style & artistic interpretation. Because of this, I am unable to replicate another cake artist's work exactly. However inspiration pictures are encouraged. Send as many as you'd like!
Where do I pickup my order?
Pick up is from my house near Piedra Rd & Hwy 160 (mid-town, Putt Hill area) in Pagosa Springs. Pick up windows are 30 minutes long. If your order is not picked up within this time, I cannot guarantee I will be available. If you need to change your pickup time, please communicate with me!
Do you offer delivery?
I do offer delivery for a fee. Wedding cakes more than 2 tier, will require delivery.
How do I keep my cake fresh?
Due to the cream based frosting, cakes should be kept cool until 1 hr before serving & eaten within 3-4 days (keep refrigerated). If saving for later, cakes can be frozen. Remove and place in fridge overnight (or 8-12 hrs) before consuming to thaw.
What are your prices?
Prices vary depending on size, detail, intricacy & complexity of your design. Please inquire.
What is the best way to carry & transport my cake?
Carry cake box from bottom ONLY, keep level at all times & transport in an air conditioned car. A flat floor board is a great place as seats are not level. *Please see cake care instructions for more info.
How do I keep my purchases fresh?
Keep your cake cool & out of direct sunlight. Store cake in fridge & remove 30 mins-1 hour before serving to allow cake to reach room temperature.
If cake is frozen, remove from freezer (wipe any condensation off box to avoid any drips) & place in fridge 8+ hours before serving to thaw slowly.

Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container in fridge or can be frozen for later.
